Am I on Acid or ... (Hot Air Balloon Festival)

An identified flying object floated by my window. I'm naming this balloon "1968." It must be part of the 4th weekend festivities. Large round things seem to get a lot of views on Youtube. Rarely, however, are they full of air lol. Have a great holiday weekend.
