This is an old video which I never got around to uploading. I don't have a camera at the moment, so for now, enjoy this old but never before published review of the Stone River Ti-Ceramic Framelock.
Blade Length: 3.25 inches
Blade Material: Ceramic
Locking Mechanism: Framelock
Handle: Titanium
Weight: 2.4 ounces
Price: $82 on Amazon
This ceramic folder is very similar to the Boker Anti-MC Ceramic Folder, but dressed up with a much nicer laser-etched finish. Ceramic blades are harder and sharper than steel, however weaker against lateral force. As a result, they are pure slicers. It is basically best used as a folding version of a kitchen utility knife or pairing knife.
