Practical Tactical or Craptical Tactical - inexpensive modern folders, an intro.

Take it from me, a person who rarely carries a modern folder! Still I do own quite a few and thought maybe I'd take a look at the pro and cons of the low priced modern folders! There are plenty of people out there looking at the high-end stuff. I'm going to look at the lower priced items that haunt the flea markets, gas stations, and hardware stores across America and try to separate the wheat from chaff, so to speak.
