Why do you buy all those cheap knives?

One of the more common questions I am asked is why do you buy all those "cheap" knives. Obviously some times the question is asked quite that politely. I've even been called a "shill for companies that push Chinese Junk!" I try to answer the question in this video. I hope to be around for when it premieres so I can answer comments while the video first airs.
