The Return & Replacement of the Klein Tool 44056 Hawkbill

If you saw my recent episode on Hawkbills, you may recall seeing an orange handles Klein Took Hawkbill that featured a cross-bar lock similar to the Benchmade Axis -lock. For some reason I was unable to open the knife using the thumb hole despite the Klein Tool web site saying that was the way to open it I decided to return it, hopefully for one that worked.
