Camco Workhorse Series

In 2007 Camillus Cutlery, one of the oldest Cutlery Companies in America, went out of business. Some time before the Camillus bankruptcy, Camillus decided to release a series of knives other their Camco trademark. These knives were made in China and mark the end of a legend.

Soon afterwards, The trademark was purchased by ACME United and the new parent company decided to take the brand in a different direction; so name lives on to this day. The bulk of the Acme United Knives are made in China, however they have also had knives produced in the USA.
