Bringing Life Back to an Old Timer 34OT | Pocket Knife Restoration

This Schrade Old Timer 34OT Middleman stockman pocket knife was found on eBay in rough shape. Can I bring this classic work knife back to proud form to be used as an every day carry? The interior is rusty, the blades badly patinaed, the handles are faded, the action is poor, the sheepsfoot blade collides with the spey blade on close. Can this old American made stockman ever be restored to edc duty?
