There was a time when even a $200 or $300 knife felt beyond my reach. Today, because of this channel and the generosity, kindness, and trust of this incredible community, I get to experience knives I never imagined holding—and some I didn’t even know existed.
Many are still beyond what I can afford, and I don’t take the opportunity to handle and share them lightly. These are beautiful examples of craftsmanship—works of art as much as they are tools.
