Restrictive Knife Laws in Major U.S. Cities | What EDC Carriers Need to Know

Living in Kentucky, I’m used to extremely permissive knife laws. Traveling to Chicago with my daughter was an eye-opening experience because suddenly I had to ask a question I normally don’t have to think much about:
What knives can I actually legally carry here?
That sent me down a rabbit hole looking at knife laws in Chicago and other major cities across the United States—and some of the differences are incredible.
In this video, we’re looking at some of those restrictions, blade-length limits, concealed vs. open carry rules, fixed blades, folders and other regulations that EDC and knife enthusiasts should know about when traveling.
