When I first saw the Tacray Folding Chef's Knife, I honestly thought it was a gimmick. A chef's knife that folds? A button lock kitchen knife? It sounded strange.
But after spending some time with it, I wanted to find out whether this unique design actually makes sense for camping, food prep, outdoor cooking, RV life, van life, and everyday use.
