This ruby sharpening stonem is my newest addition to my sharpening tools. Its also one of my favorites. Because of its increased hardness, it makes sharpening so much easier. Then, afterwards, I use the amazing sharpening strop along with Lacey's diamond emulsion spray to bring the edges to a pristine finish. Both of these items are some of the best Ive used so far!
