We look at knives from several different pricepoints, and compare them (nothing rigurous or scientific) to see if theres a large and noticable difference between budget knives and premiums. We compare their materials, blades, fidget factor and action, and their overall looks. Will budget knives be enough to get the job done? Are premium knives that much better to justify their price?
