WW1 Era Collins Machete - Collection Selection No.17

This WW1 Era Collins Machete is a birthday gift from my brother, as usual another amazing gift! This is a Spanish American War - WW1 era US Army issued bolo machete, reminiscent of a Filipino bolo. This thing is a heavy chopper an would make an outstanding tool for delimbing both tree and man. With all the rest of a soldier's kit, this would be quite a bit extra to heft. Can't wait to see how it performs out back;)
