Emerson Knives Horseman - Collection Selection No.44

Published: 5 years ago

The Emerson Horseman knife is a mini CQC-8 by another name. It is called the Horseman because men, wearing jeans and straddling horses can fit these easily in their pockets as they ride … I think I remember hearing somewhere. Whether I am making that up or not, the EKI Horseman is a stout, elegant, ergonomic tactical folder which flexes swimmingly into practical applications. The chisel ground edge was uncharacteristically obtuse on this Emerson out of the box, so I convexed its single bevel, resulting in a very sharp convex chisel edge. Today I sell this beauty to a friend at work, I am happy it's "staying in the family."
