This Cheburkov Strizh is on loan from Alex's Knife Box. It has a sumptuous carbon fiber handle, beautifully bronze anodized hardware and an incredible to look at (and I suspect use) San Mai blade (a hard, cutting steal sandwiched between softer steels) with a class-smooth phosphor bronze washer action. I am grateful to have gotten to experience this refined Russian knife. Thanks Alex!
