Joseph Vero of Vero Engineering joins Bob "The Knife Junkie" on episode 200 of The Knife Junkie Podcast. Vero, a design engineer, came hot out the gate in 2020 with his first knife the Impulse, a screaming success. They sold out in the first day of preorder, as did the Gen2. The design of the Impulse was helped along by his tastes as a collector and connoisseur of knives, allowing him to design-in the features he loves.

Vero’s other designs include the Synapse, a more EDC friendly folder, and the Axon, an extreme Sheepsfoot liner lock. His most recent knife, the Isotope, is a fully integral folder, with a slightly recurved clip point blade and a hand milled from one solid piece of titanium. He also has designed a "better pocket tool" -- the Fulcrum.
