The Zero Tolerance 0640 is the third and perhaps most refined Emerson collaboration with ZT. Based on the Emerson Knives Viper 3, a comparatively sleek, unwaved design, ZT really did this one right. I would even like the Split Pea Soup carbon fiber, if I were into carbon fiber. The CPM 20cv clip point blade is the usual super-sharp but thick behind the edge geometry we've come to expect and the handle is neutral and very comfortable … and with micarta replacement scales this knife is, in my eyes, without fault.
