The Finch Knife Co. Holliday, named after Doc Holliday, is yet another charmingly robust, character-driven flipper from the company that burst onto the scene with the Runtly (my Christmas 2020 Toy Unboxing Knife of the Year). With a 154CM Wharncliffe blade on smooth-as-silk bearings and a squared off handle which is reminiscent of the traditional Doctor's Knife pattern and the Finch luminous shield (with a sapphire crystal cover), this knife is evocative of a days gone by with the trappings of today's state of the art. Look for more inspired designs by Finch in the offing!
