The Finch Knife Co. Buffalo Tooth is yet another charming yet robust folding flipper from the folks that brought you the Runtly, Cimerron, Holliday, etc. Its wickedly sharp and broad 154CM blade rockets out of the Cocobolo covered bolster-lock handle using the small but perfect flipper tab, which serves as a finger platform when open for choking up. This big knife is unexpectedly super-useful and served on it's first evening in the house as an outstanding food prep knife (it would be even better as a camp food-prep knife). I love it! Thanks Spencer and Steve!
