Knives by Nuge Primitive XL with New Ambidextrous Sheath -- Up Close

The Knives by Nuge Primitive XL, made by hand by Tom Nugent, is an outdoors knife with a wickedly sharp 80CRV2 scandi ground blade, a super ergonomic jute handle and an outstanding ambidextrous sheath. The 90 degree spine throws sparks from a ferro rod with aplomb. I have a neck knife version of this which I carry all the time. I love Tom's work and note that most of his knives have G10 or Micarta handles scales and many have flat grinds.
