My wife and daughters are not as crazy about patina on high carbon steel as I am, which was a great excuse to order a stainless chef's knife from Steve Callari Custom Knives. This 7" AEB-L chef's knife is our third kitchen knife from SCC and though it was an anniversary gift, it was really to the both of us. Now that I've documented this beautiful kitchen tool in it's pristine state, it's time to start a life of daily use on our Boos Board. Thank you Steve for your amazing work!
