Kizer Ophid Review: Sebenza Blade Shape
The Kizer Ophid Ki405 is a unique larger knife that was designed in-house by Kizer Cutlery. With its black and red faux snakeskin scales, the Kizer Ki405 Ophid has a blade length of about 3.5 inches or 8.89 cm. Even with 4 mm thick blade stock, the Ki405 Kizer Ophid weighs a respectable 4.8 ounces or 136.077 grams. The Ophid deploys with either thumb studs or the very large flipper tab. The bronze bushings also aid with deployment of the Ophid sheepsfoot blade which utilizes CPM-S35VN steel.
