Some of my all-time favorites: Spyderco Domino, Benchmade Presidio, WE Practic, Civivi Praxis, Kizer Gemini, Cold Steel American Lawman, Hogue EX03, Hinderer XM-18, Viper Vox Fortis, and just about anything made by Ferrum Forge. I have very few "safe queens", so I use what I buy. It doesn't matter to me if a knife costs $20 or $500, if it looks good, can cut stuff and has great action, there is always room in my knife case.
