My Top 5 Favorite CH Knives
I picked out 5 of my favorite CH knives to rank for this list. Most, if not all CH knives are available in two different versions - a premium and a budget. The premium models are more expensive because they are made with better materials like S35VN blade steel, titanium or carbon fiber scales, and ceramic ball-bearings instead of stainless steel. Usually I'm fine with the budget versions, which feature D2 blades and G10 scales.
