Kershaw Knockout First Impressions: Good But Not Great

A longer than expected "First Impressions" video on the relatively new to market Kershaw Knockout 1870. This is a knife I wanted to like more than I do after my first day of ownership and some time at the sharpening bench. A gorgeous and functional blade shape, a sculpted and ergonomic handle (albeit slippery), and American-made quality seem to lose out to some glaring design flaws that make the Knockout, at least for me, not the blade I had hoped it would be.
