From the Sharpening Bench: 05generics's Imperial Bowie Knife

Here's a look at a classic 4 7/8" bowie knife from Imperial Cutlery, courtesy of my contest winner, 05generic. This wasn't the most expensive small hunting knife you could buy in the early 1960's, but what a great blade for a young boyscout, as Robert was when he got it some 50 years ago. The slim plain carbon steel blade has proudly stood the test of time, and leaves my bench razor sharp!
