Knife Rant 1.0: Bad Factory Edges and Jacked-Up Plunge Grinds

Here's a longer than expected video in which I blow off some steam... vent some frustration... and just plain RANT at 21st century knife makers who do a horrendous job at executing the most important part of a knife: THE EDGE!!!

My goal in all this is for manufacturers to take heed of the criticism and correct some all too common defects in modern production knives.
