First Impression of the Spyderco Bradley Air: As Expected, Very Nice!
Published: 10 years ago
Here's a "first impression" video of my first day's reaction to the new Spyderco Bradley Air. It is an extremely well-crafted, super light gent's folder. With top notch handle materials, a semi-exotic and high performing blade steel, and a blade designed to cut aggressively, this knife arrived to me along with some pretty lofty expectations. It met most of them. The construction is vault-like for such a small knife. The machining and finishing are typical Spyderco / Taichung, read: awesome. The ergos are amazing for a knife this small, especially for the right-hander, but not bad for us lefties. I only had a couple small knits to pick: slightly varying reveals of the proud liners to the scales, and a less than perfectly straight cutting edge on the Wharncliffe blade. But those small things aside, the Air is an impressive little dress knife. It screams quality and looks great in a way only a Spyderco can.
