Zero Tolerance ZT0801 Review: Almost Great... Almost
Published: 10 years ago
Here's my initial review of the Todd Rexford designed Zero Tolerance ZT0801. In almost every way, this knife hits its marks. It's designed to be a dressy, impressive, moderately over-built EDC blade, slick to operate with high-end materials. It's all of that with room to spare.
However... it's also not free from the nagging quality problems that plague ZT, and make them a bit unworthy of this price class. This time, it's the pivot, which will absolutely not stay where you put it after about 20 flips of the blade. But with a little hillbilly engineering, that problem can be solved. You'll want to watch this one to the end :)
