Chris Reeve Sebenza 25 Review: Great Knife... But Not a 21
Published: 9 years ago
Here's my review of the Chris Reeve Sebenza 25, and comparison to the vaunted Sebenza 21. While some will appreciate the 25 for its thicker blade, new primary grind and revised index finger groove, for me there are just too many changes that go the wrong direction. The new pivot (Umnumzaan style), narrower handle, pocket clip location and the absence of the bushing pivot all combine to make a knife I'm not extremely fond of. But variety is the spice of life, now isn't it?
