Case / Bose Lanny's Clip Review: Amazing Design... Spotty Execution

Here's my detailed, and mostly positive review of the limited production Case / Bose Lanny's Clip traditional pocket knife. Produced in a quantity of 300 pieces in 2012, the Lanny's is one in a series of pretty special knives Mr. Bose has done in collaboration with the Case "custom shop." This one is an original Bose design, and represents sort of the state of the traditional pocket knife art in the early 21st century.
While it's a great knife in design and engineering, the execution by Case leaves a lot to be desired. This particular knife, while nearly perfect at this point, took two, count 'em, two return visits to the Case Repair Center to be right. It's a long story...
