Edge Retention / Toughness Test -- HAP-40 vs. CPM M4: Both Amazing!

Here's a test of Hitachi's new knife steel offering, HAP-40 in the Spyderco Delica 4, against a sort of "known standard," CPM M4 in the Spyderco Gayle Bradley Folder, in a test of edge retention and toughness. In this test, I'll cut cardboard, cut wood and impact wood directly with the cutting edge, to see how the HAP-40 performs against perhaps my most favored folding knife steel ever in these characteristics.
