TheApostleP Knife Sales
Terms and Conditions for Consignors, Revised 1/10/24:

Pricing: Pricing is the ultimate responsibility of the consignor, but the seller (TheApostleP Channel) will assist as needed. Knives should be "priced to sell." Prices will include postage to buyer via USPS Priority Mail, usually $10.20 per knife (small flat rate box).

Payment to Consignor: The seller will pay the consignor the proceeds of knife sales via PayPal "friends or family". Consignors can expect one payment the day after a sale video airs for all knives sold the first night, and then further payments as each knife sells in subsequent days. Other methods of payment may be arranged as required.

Commission Structure: Commissions are calculated from net selling prices, i.e. after postage is deducted. The seller will retain a minimum of $10 for each knife sold for prices under $40. The seller will retain 15% commission for knives which sell for prices between $40 and $400. The seller will retain a flat fee of $60 for knives which sell for between $401 and $600, The seller will retain 10% commission for knives which sell for over $600.

Customer Service / Liability: All communication with buyers will be handled by the seller (not the consignor). The seller is responsible for handling any and all customer satisfaction issues. All shipping and postage will be handled by the seller. Any lost parcels are the property and responsibility of the buyers. The seller will provide the buyer with tracking information in the event of a lost parcel, and if not found, will process an insurance claim with USPS in the amount of $100, which will be forwarded to the buyer. Any insurance desired by the buyer in excess of that amount must be paid in addition to the sale price of a knife by the buyer.
