MICHAEL MYERS HALLOWEEN TRAINING/WORKOUT

This is the ultimate Michael Myers workout! If you are in the gym or at home you too can get Halloween level strength!

First up we have a warm up with incline treadmill for 1 mile or 7min

Next is elliptical to really loosen up those muscles and increase the heart rate for a steady amount of time 10-15min

Out first set is the dumbbell downward thrust and lift 3 reps of 12-15 sets both sides

Superset this with bench press for 3 sets of 12-15 reps

Lets work those abs with the Michael Myers pop up no hands ab workout 10-15 sets- go slow


Leg press 3 sets of 12-15 reps

Lastly my favorite workout- the shoulder pull down with descending weights

This will aid in pumpkin carving, halloween decorating, and pumpkin spice latte drinking all Halloween Season!
