5 Different Folding Knife Locks! There are so many different folding knife locks and I wanted to show you some of them. The Scorpion Lock was designed by Andrew Demko for his AD15 design. The Button Lock also called the plunge lock was designed for automatic automatic knives then was used in manual knives. The Compression Lock made by Spyderco. The Strong Lock System “SLS” invented by Grant and Gavin Hawk and used on the Buck Marksman. Lastly the Recoil Lock by Artisan Cutlery which is somewhat of a modified axis lock.
