New Knife Company Has my Attention! Nu Knives Kumpanter. I am always looking for new and interesting knives to share with you. I found this new company a while back while searching Amazon for something new for the channel. I came across this new company Nu Knives and I really liked the look of their first knife so I decided to try it out. I don't usually expect much but every once in a while I find a knife worth sharing with you. There are several things that surprised me about this one and even though there are some complaints I think the good outweighs the bad.
