My TOP 10 Most COMFORTABLE Knives OVER $100 - What Are They? Because of a bad work accident 6 years ago my hands are all beat up and have some neuropathy issues causing me to seek out comfortable knives in hand. I have found that the knives with the most comfortable grips are those that usually have contoured scales along with a few other things. Every knife on this list I have thoroughly tested and each one has been a joy to use. What knives in your collection are the most comfortable to use? Are ergonomics something you look for when purchasing a knife?
