Is the Incredible Priced Remette Knives Peacock Worth It? Remette popped up on my radar not long ago and after enjoying my first knife from the I decided to try out another one. This time we have a high value lightweight edc. I like the fact that they went with a stainless steel rather than something like D2 which seems to always rust where I live. What are your thoughts on this one?
