Let's See How Sharp a Brand New Spyderco Is! Spyderco is known for having really sharp edges out of the box so I wanted to see how sharp my new Spyderco Dragonfly 2 is. We are using the Bess Certified Tester which measures how much pressure it takes to cut through a piece of filament that comes with the tester. Now of course this isn't an exact measurement because there are so many different factors involved but it will at least give you a general idea of how sharp your knife is in that part of the blade. I also test the same area 3 times and take an average of the 3 scores which is your final number however with only having 60 seconds for the video I only show the one.
