What are Your Thoughts on This EDC Knife?

What are Your Thoughts on This EDC Knife? I got this knife a couple of weeks ago and I have mixed feelings on the design. I love some aspects of it but there is one part of the knife that I go back and forth on. I would love to hear your thoughts on this edc knife.
