Possibly My New Favorite: Kunwu Gringo in S390 Steel - Review. Kunwu has put out so many amazing knives that it is hard to choose a favorite. They use high end performance steels with the proper HRC and some of the nicest milling textures on their titanium scales. The new Gringo checks all the boxes for me.
