I Bought Two Brand New Sheffield Knives - Are They Worth It?

Sheffield is still making knives. I bought two brand new, genuinely Sheffield-made slipjoints from the Twisted Assisted custom shop — a Lambsfoot in Cow-Killer Micarta and a Clip Point Barlow in PB&J Burlap Micarta. Both are £110, both use C70 carbon steel, and both were built on Victorian-era machinery by one of the last commercial slipjoint manufacturers left in Sheffield.
In this review, I walk through the fit and finish, blade geometry, walk and talk, and whether these modern traditional knives actually earn their place alongside the vintage Sheffield pieces we all chase. Are they worth a hundred quid? Let's find out.
