We've got plenty more Blade Texas vids to come, but first I wanted to convey the utter melancholy a knife guy (or girl) feels at the ending/closing of an awesome BladeShow ????
So many cool knife folks were met this year. Guys I've only seen online, posting pics of their sweet knives or indeed even the makers of said sweet knives! Sadly most of the first day, meeting all kinds of cool people and buying many cool knives mostly went un-videoed. But I did get plenty of great footage that will get mixed and released over the next few days! Why did I not get more video? Technical difficulties? Nope. People not wanting to be on camera? Oh hell no, these showoffs love to be on camera! No, it was just that the show was so awesome, I was running around, willy nilly hither and yon, meeting and buying and NOT videoing! Complete knife overload! But I did eventually calm down and get some great footage, including- Balisong Boys, 10yo knife maker, Hawk ToggleLock, a kid who knows everything about handle materials, Broken Anvil Customs, and MORE!
