Robert Terzuola, godfather of the tactical folding knife, is best known for his custom-built Advanced Technology Combat Folder, examples of which usually cost thousands of dollars. Now the ATCF Lite, a production model under Bob Terzuola's own, newly-launched brand, offers a diminutive version of the ATCF, with simple materials and a much more obtainable price. But these aren't the first affordable Terzuola knives. Fox, MKM, CRKT, Spyderco, Massdrop, Microtech, Protech, Camillus, Meyerco, and Civivi have all collaborated with the venerated bladesmith to put his signature style into production models. Here I have a look at one of the new ATCF Lite models, and 10 Terzuola designs from my own collection for comparison.
