Awesome warranty service on the Grizzly Ridge knife
Published: 1 year ago
After a lot of use, the rubber overmold handle scales on my Benchmade Grizzly Ridge were beginning to disintegrate (as you can see in my thumbnail photo). So I boxed it up and sent it to Benchmade in Oregon. If you use the old-fashioned paper forms, there’s two pages you’ll need to fill out for warranty service. One is to tell them about the knife, what’s wrong with, where to send it when it’s ready, etc. The second form is an acknowledgment about counterfeit goods—you are agreeing that, if the knife you send them is a counterfeit, you won’t be getting it back. Just a couple weeks after I mailed this knife off, I got it back with new handle scales and a sharpened blade. This is the second experience I’ve had with Benchmade’s warranty service, and so far they’ve been great.
