My Gerber Knife broke. Here's what the warranty experience was like.

The head of the pivot screw of my Gerber Decree knife sheared off. It took about six weeks, but Fiskars (Gerber's parent company) made things right by sending me a new knife. I couldn't get the same model because it had been discontinued, but they let me choose something similar.
