Edge retention and edge retention testing, dont loose sight of what's most important

Edge retention testing, it's become a benchmark for comparing knives. While it's a good tool to aid in what to expect in a knife, dont loose sight of what's most important. After all most people dont so personal edge retention testing and I dont do any in my daily routine outside of making videos.
