Warranty update Spyderco Delica ZDP-189, what happened and where we go from here

ZDP-189 Delica warranty update covering how the process went. This was the first time a warranty claim resulted in a new knife. Others in the past were simple fixes and also positive experiences. Check out the edge retention testing data sheets, they are currently up to date will all knives I've posted so far.
