One Minute Knife Video: Browning 1911 ‘flipper assist’ in ‘steel’ and G10, weird flipper system.
Published: 4 years ago
Here we have a very unusual discontinued knife from Browning of all companies. It was designed to resemble the grip of a 1911 and the only listing of the steel type I can find is ‘steel’. The interesting thing about it is the it is a flipper but the flipper tab is not attached to the blade, it connects with the stop pin. Oh, the scales are an interesting G10. No idea what the steel is, guessing 440 or something close. Fascinating flipper though, to clarify, the blade is not assisted, it is what the tab is called. Thanks for viewing, subscribe and yada yada yada.
