NOC Knives - Different!

A review of two NOC Knives, a third party manufacturer now making their own designs.
A few points missed in the video: DT0-03 has 3.2mm blade stock; DG-04 has 4.2mm stock.
DG04 has a humongous pivot and surround! Both are considered to be folding chef knives, and were out long before Spyderco's offering by the same name! ;-)
